Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Provide training and support to junior staff members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong background in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
