Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the bank, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the financial records of the bank, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting regulations
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Supervise and train junior accountants
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is an advantage
