The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial affairs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's financial affairs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives
• Provide financial guidance and support to our management team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong background in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with our team and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
