Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Certification in accounting (CPA, CMA, etc.) is an advantage
