Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Ability to travel occasionally
