Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
