Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with Ghanaian tax regulations, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial health through effective accounting practices and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in day-to-day financial operations and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CPA) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Sage 300 is essential.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
