Accounting Manager

Job Title

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations within a fish-fed production environment. The role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, financial reporting, and overall financial control, ensuring the business remains financially sustainable and compliant while supporting strategic decision-making. The Accounting Manager is also responsible for managing supplier payments, customer invoicing, and collections, as well as monitoring and controlling credit terms, outstanding receivables, and supplier obligations. Additionally, the role involves ensuring effective working capital management, monitoring and managing cash flow, overseeing online banking transactions, payments, and reconciliations, and developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts. The Accounting Manager will also lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team, and ensure clear delegation of duties and high performance within the department.

Requirements

The role requires a strong experience in accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management, proficiency in IFRIS or similar ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and online banking platforms. The Accounting Manager must also uphold the company and professional code of ethics, have unquestionable integrity, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
