Acquisition of Industrial Freeze Drying Plant (500 kg/ hour capacity)

This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of LuxDev, Luxembourg agency for development and Cooperation, on behalf of ISHEMA project RWA/030, receiving financial support from the governments of Rwanda and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The final destination and installation of the equipment will be to 2 sites in Rwanda: Mutobo Technical Secondary School (Mutobo TSS) in Musanze District, and Gitwe Technical Secondary School (Gitwe TSS) in Ngoma District. The contract includes a performance period of two (2) months with a suspension for transport from departure port to final destination sites and installation instructions from the contracting authority, four (4) months with a suspension for transport from Mombasa to final destination sites and installation instructions from the contracting authority, or five (5) months with a suspension for installation instructions from the contracting authority.
