A globally recognised fertiliser and biostimulant company, home to the world's largest privately owned plant research facility, is looking for a skilled and field-oriented Agronomist to provide expert agronomic support to both its sales teams and customers. This is a non-commercial role that blends technical knowledge with hands-on field insight. The position focuses on supporting sales teams and clients by enhancing crop performance across a wide variety of high-value and row crops. The successful candidate will contribute to building strong customer relationships and expanding the company's presence in the market.

About The Employer
A bachelor's degree in Agronomy Soil Science Agriculture or a closely related discipline
Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of crops including both high-value and row crops
Solid knowledge of soil science principles and plant nutrition
Ability to analyze soil and plant tissue test results and translate them into practical effective recommendations
Possession of a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel frequently
