Job Title: Assistant Administration Manager

Special Children Special People (SCSP) SCSP is a running an inclusive school, residential care, and community program. We are looking for an organised, hands-on administrator assistant to support the day-to-day running of our operations. Must be ready to reside in Mpigi

Position and Contract

Position: Assistant Administration Manager
Contract: Full-time

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations across the Inclusive School, Children’s Rehabilitation Home, and community outreach program
  • Support scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring across all three program sites
  • Supervise support staff and volunteers, and assist with HR documentation including attendance, leave, and performance tracking
  • Liaise with parents, community leaders, local government offices, and partners

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma in Social Work, Social Administration, or a related field
  • At least one year in a supervisory or leadership role and fluent in luganda
  • Comfortable working across school, residential, and community settings
  • Good written and verbal communication; proficient in computer applications
  • Honest, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Age: below 30
