Position and Contract
Position: Assistant Administration Manager
Contract: Full-time
What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily administrative operations across the Inclusive School, Children’s Rehabilitation Home, and community outreach program
- Support scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring across all three program sites
- Supervise support staff and volunteers, and assist with HR documentation including attendance, leave, and performance tracking
- Liaise with parents, community leaders, local government offices, and partners
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma in Social Work, Social Administration, or a related field
- At least one year in a supervisory or leadership role and fluent in luganda
- Comfortable working across school, residential, and community settings
- Good written and verbal communication; proficient in computer applications
- Honest, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Age: below 30
