Assistant Relationship Manager - Advantage Banking, Kampala Road Branch

Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Advantage Banking team at Kampala Road Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth of the bank's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's customer base, increasing revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems an added advantage.
