Job Description:

The Boy’s Caregiver & Child Sponsorship Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management of the Boys Caregiver Program, including the recruitment, training, and supervision of caregivers, as well as the coordination of child sponsorship activities.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise caregivers for the Boys Caregiver Program
• Coordinate child sponsorship activities, including matching children with sponsors and communicating with sponsors
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate program progress and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective program implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Child Development, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in child care or social work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to program locations as needed
