  • Operational Excellence:Understanding regulatory compliance, branch operations, and digital banking integration.
  • Leadership & Professional Development:Dedicated training sessions focused on soft skills, corporate governance, and ethical banking practices.

Minimum Requirements (Who Should Apply)

  • Recently graduated (within the last 1-2 years is typical) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Demonstrated drive, high ambition, and a clear interest in Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal, especially in English and Kinyarwanda).
  • Must be ready to commit to an intensive, high-performance training schedule.
