Programme Structure & Focus Areas

- Business Development & Sales:Gaining hands-on experience in market analysis, lead generation, and closing commercial deals.
- Financial & Credit Analysis:Developing expert skills in assessing credit risk, performing financial modeling, and preparing high-quality credit proposals.
- Operational Excellence:Understanding regulatory compliance, branch operations, and digital banking integration.
- Leadership & Professional Development:Dedicated training sessions focused on soft skills, corporate governance, and ethical banking practices.
Minimum Requirements (Who Should Apply)
- Recently graduated (within the last 1-2 years is typical) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent academic record.
- Demonstrated drive, high ambition, and a clear interest in Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal, especially in English and Kinyarwanda).
- Must be ready to commit to an intensive, high-performance training schedule.
