Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the Branch office. Key duties include recruiting and supervising Sales Agents, leading field activations, ensuring retention of a productive sales team, and driving the growth of a quality portfolio. The role also involves maintaining strong, professional relationships with stakeholders through customer-centric practices in line with company policy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other business-related course.
- 1 year in direct Sales in a financial institution and a good grasp of financial matters
