Budget and Programming Associate

Job Description

Conduct budget management and financial analysis for effective resource optimization.

Qualifications

• A university degree (Bachelor) in business administration, finance and economics or other relevant areas.
• Good command of French and English (level B) required.

Requirements

• Experience in establishing and managing budgets.
• Experience in preparing analysis reports required for decision making.
• Experience in monitoring budgets/resource plans/supply chains.
• Experience in the budget/fund allocation issues within the WFP budget system or a similar humanitarian organization.
• Experience with internal controls and compliance measures.
• Ability to analyze and present information.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using ERP applications and software would be an advantage.
