Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
