Strobell Africa Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in business growth, client relationship management, tendering, proposal preparation, and strategic partnerships, preferably within the construction, engineering, real estate, or technical services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and manage client and partner relationships
  • Prepare proposals, EOIs, prequalification documents, and tender submissions
  • Drive lead generation and revenue growth
  • Support branding, market positioning, and strategic expansion
  • Coordinate with technical teams to develop winning solutions
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 4–7 years’ relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Experience in construction, engineering, consultancy, or infrastructure is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the Kenyan market
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
