We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help us identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assess their potential for revenue generation.
  • Create comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive growth.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Partnership Development - Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting - Set measurable goals for business development efforts and track progress.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management.
  • Analyse and evaluate the success of initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Share insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools is preferred.
