CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR CASUAL LABOUR MANAGEMENT

Job Description

We are a leading tile manufacturing company based in Zambia seeking to engage qualified and experienced outsourcing firms to manage casual employees for our factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of casual factory workers
• Payroll processing, including timely and accurate wage payments
• Statutory compliance, including NAPSA, NHIMA, and any other applicable obligations
• Time and attendance management
• Supervision support and performance monitoring
• Handling employee welfare, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensuring full compliance with Zambian labour laws and regulations

Requirements

• Be duly registered in Zambia and hold valid trading licenses
• Have proven experience in labour outsourcing/staffing services, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrate capacity to manage a large casual workforce
• Have robust payroll, HR, and compliance systems
• Be compliant with all statutory bodies (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA)
• Provide at least three (3) traceable client references
