MSI Ghana invites applications from qualified, experienced, and commercially driven professionals for the position of Clinical Quality Advisor. Reporting Line: Director Medical Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Director Medical Services in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Conduct quality improvement audits and assessments.
- Develop and implement quality improvement policies and procedures.
- Provide training and capacity building to staff on quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality improvement initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Develop and maintain quality improvement reports and dashboards.
