Gaspro is looking for a Commercial & Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales function while overseeing the commercial performance of the company. This role combines strategic sales leadership, financial analysis, and operational coordination to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in the construction materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Coach and mentor team leaders and sales representatives
  • Conduct cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profit margin optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and strategy accordingly
  • Plan and schedule sales activities and project timelines
  • Utilize ERP systems such as Odoo for sales tracking, reporting, and process management(any other software as well)
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3 to 5years of experience in sales/commercial roles within construction or building materials
  • Strong understanding of finishing materials (doors, windows, sanitary ware, piping systems, elevators, etc.)
  • Proven experience in cost analysis, pricing, and profit margin management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong network within the construction industry
