Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications and Advertising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote the bank's brand and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the bank's brand and products.
- Manage the bank's social media presence and create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and customers.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
