Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Oral Health Officer to join our team in Nyandarua. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing community-based oral health programs, providing oral health education and training to community members, and collaborating with local health facilities to improve oral health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement community-based oral health programs to improve oral health outcomes
• Provide oral health education and training to community members
• Collaborate with local health facilities to improve oral health outcomes
• Conduct oral health assessments and provide treatment as needed
• Develop and implement oral health policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of oral health programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Oral Health or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in community oral health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
