Job Description

As a skilled Crane Operator, with over 5 years of experience, I specialise in operating Gantry, tower and overhead cranes on high stakes construction projects. I excel at complex structural lifts, adhering to strict OSHA standards to maintain a zero-incident safety record. I also handle daily maintenance , lift planing and crew communication.

Key Duties

• Precision operation : Expect in maneuvering tower and Gantry cranes to place heavy structural steel, concrete forms and equipment with high precision.
• Safety & Compliance : Perform comprehensive pre-shift inspections of cables, hydraulics, and controls ; strictly adhere to load charts wind speed limitations to ensure safety.
• Team collaboration : Coordinate with riggers and signal men on the ground via radios and hand signals to manage complex lifts.
• Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and minor adjustments to machinery to reduce downtime and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Problem solving Adapt to rapidly changing weather conditions, tight site constraints and complex rigging challenges.

Achievements

Completed over 1300 consecutive, complex and high-stakes lifts with zero safety incidents Consistently completed projects on or ahead of schedule through efficient load management and precise communication.
