Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote our products and services to our clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A valid driver's license.
