Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Client Communication - Respond quickly (Slack/email) with clear, actionable updates
  • Client Communication - Set expectations and keep clients informed on progress.
  • Issue Resolution - Identify and solve client problems quickly
  • Issue Resolution - Escalate when needed, but don’t wait around for answers
  • Issue Resolution - Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Account Management - Track client activity and performance
  • Account Management - Ensure enforcement actions are being executed effectively
  • Account Management - Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM/tools.
  • Retention & Growth - Build strong relationships with clients
  • Retention & Growth - Identify upsell opportunities (higher enforcement volume, expanded coverage)
  • Retention & Growth - Ensure clients see ROI and stay long-term.

This is an execution-heavy client role, not a passive support position. You’ll be on the front lines with clients, ensuring they see real results, fast. You’ll own: client communication, issue resolution, ongoing account performance, retention and expansion opportunities. If you’re the kind of person who moves quickly, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of outcomes, you’ll do well here.
