We’re looking for someone who understands how invoicing works on sites, projects, and progress billing— and you’re not afraid to chase payments and resolve issues.

Core Focus - Responsibility

• Manage invoicing linked to projects, job cards, and progress billing
• Follow up on outstanding payments and keep cash flow moving
• Reconcile accounts and resolve client queries quickly
• Work closely with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate billing
• Assist with month-end and basic reporting.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in debtors / accounts
• Construction, engineering, or project-based experience is essential
• Strong Excel + accounting system experience (Sage, Pastel, BuildSmart etc.)
• Confident communicator — able to deal with clients professionally
• Detail-driven, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
