How to Apply

Applications should be filled in Triplicate (3 copies) each bearing the photocopies of academic certificates and transcripts fully certified by the awarding institutions as a must, any other supporting document and 3 current passport size photographs should be submitted to the Secretary, District Service Commission Omoro, P.O. Box 252, Gulu. Applicants should use Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3), Revised Edition 2008 for traditional civil servant and Education Service Commission (ESC) Form 3 Revised (1998) which can be obtained from any District Service Commission or Public Service Commission Offices.
