This includes procurement, logistics, warehouse management, fleet operations, asset management, facilities administration, and operational compliance. The role ensures operational systems are efficient, transparent, and compliant with Mercy Corps internal policies and donor requirements. The Deputy Procurement and Operations Manager will supervise operational staff and provide technical leadership to ensure timely and effective support to program teams. The position also supports strategic operational planning, risk mitigation, and strengthening operational systems to enhance program implementation and organizational effectiveness.
