Digital Content Officer

About the Role

We’re Hiring! POSITION: Digital Content Officer At Milescoop, we don’t just market property; we create aspirational lifestyle experiences that connect with people. We are looking for a Digital Content Officer who can bring our brand to life through powerful, high-converting digital content.

You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across all major platforms, ensuring strong brand visibility, audience growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
• Create high-quality video and visual content (property tours, lifestyle storytelling, site visits)
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar which is up to date with current trends.
• Work closely with sales & marketing to drive leads and successful conversions.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for high yield results.
• Support paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
• Should be conversant with blogging and other digital creative spaces.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in digital content creation & social media management.
• Strong skills in video editing (Capcut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Photoshop and/or similar)
• Be a Creative, trend-aware, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment without supervision and constant follow-ups.
• Experience in real estate or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: KES 25,000 – 30,000 per month
