Job Summary
Ahafo Ano Premier Rural Bank applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill vacant positions on the Board as Directors.
The Board shall comprise persons with diverse competencies across a range of disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Banking
- Audit
- Law
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Information and Communication Technology
- Entrepreneurship
- Risk Management
- Strategic Planning
- Corporate Governance
- Any other areas deemed relevant by the Bank of Ghana
Qualification Required & Experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess the requisite qualifications, experience and integrity required for directorship in a regulated financial institution
- Be a shareholder of the bank and hold not less than the minimum number of shares prescribed by the bank's constitution
- Be nominated by 2 existing shareholders of the bank
