EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below tender Lots.

How to Apply:

All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Interest bidders must express interest through the provided link not later than 27/04/2026 at 9:00aM. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa). Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
