Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our team in Eldoret, Kisumu, and Kisii. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to retailers and consumers in their designated area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities

• Sell our products to retailers and consumers in their designated area
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide market feedback and insights to the sales team
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the local market
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to provide market feedback and insights to the sales team
• Ability to collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
