Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry (architects, engineers, developers, contractors)
- Identify sales opportunities and actively pitch Euroform's window, door, and façade systems and roller blinds systems
- Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals tailored to client needs
- Monitor ongoing projects and support clients from quotation through delivery and installation
- Track payments and coordinate closely with finance to ensure commission is calculated on collected revenue
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of signed contracts and revenue
- Represent Euroform at industry events, site visits, and project meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Sales or a relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in sales roles
- Well networked within the Real Estate Sector
