The Front Desk Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for the firm, managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation of the firm. Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, and manage courier services. Assist with meeting scheduling and logistical support.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience in customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Office Productivity software (Zoho Workplace, Office 365, etc).
