Job Summary
We are currently recruiting university graduates in the Consulting and Risk Services line of service (Risk Assurance Services). Key Duties and Responsibilities
- As an Associate in the Consulting and Risk Services line of service, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping our clients solve their complex business issues.
- Some of the responsibilities for this Associate grade include but are not limited to: Completing allocated tasks and deliverables to a high-quality standard in accordance with PwC methodology and auditing standards.
- Where exceptions are identified, ensuring that these are escalated to the senior team members and the client for resolution.
- Obtaining and applying a thorough understanding of the client's business to your completion of assigned tasks.
- Identifying and making suggestions for improvement in client’s business relating to governance, risk, internal controls, compliance, and information technology (IT) matters.
- Handling, manipulating and analysing data and information responsibly.
- Communicating confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials you produce.
- Following risk management and compliance procedures.
- Keeping team members informed of and engaged on developments and progress on assignments.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree Qualification as follows: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data analytics, Data Science with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent
- Additional Application Requirements
- At least a credit 3 in Maths and English at O ’Level
- Should have graduated, be graduating or completing your studies in 2026
- Candidates should not have applied to or been part of any PwC Uganda recruitment process in the past.
- Candidates who have already completed the ACCA professional qualification are encouraged to apply
