Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on graduate recruitment within their Retail Client Services division. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing high-potential graduates for Investment Service Consultant positions. You will play a key role in building strong early-career talent pipelines by partnering with universities, hosting and attending career events, and delivering a seamless and engaging recruitment experience for graduates entering the workforce.
Main Responsibilities
- Sourcing Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Identify and attract prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Identify and implement / onboard additional platforms within the various recruitment channels.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various recruitment events.
- Drive ad-hoc initiatives to increase volumes and drive brand awareness within recruitment channels.
Team Operations
- Ensure recruitment targets are met.
- Professional end-to-end management of allocated recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews and manage end-to-end candidate journey.
- Assist in maintaining transformation and diversity targets within various recruitment channels.
- Manage a positive internal and external candidate experience.
- Identify ways of improving the candidate experience.
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external networks to ensure proper understanding of business requirements for recruitment initiatives such as career fairs and webinars.
Administration and Reporting
- Responsible for end-to-end administrative duties for each step in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, booking of assessments, interviews and roleplays, candidate follow-ups and feedback, generation of contracts, relocation administration, etc.).
- Maintain a positive on-boarding candidate experience.
- Own recruitment processes, and process improvements within our recruitment channels.
- Assist supporting teams with creating requisitions and assist with the recruitment process.
- Own and participate in the end-to-end interview process.
- Ensure that reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years proven experience with:
- In-house and graduate recruitment
- Good understanding of university landscape
- Able to build and maintain relationships
- Computer Literacy – All Microsoft products – Essential
- Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (or studying towards one) – Advantageous.
- Experience with the use of psychometric tools and hiring systems – Advantageous.
- Experience with recruitment within financial services – Advantageous
