Job Summary:

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of World Vision Rwanda's information technology strategy, ensuring that the organization's technology infrastructure and systems are aligned with its mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information technology strategy that aligns with World Vision Rwanda's mission and goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions to support the organization's programs and operations.
• Oversee the management of World Vision Rwanda's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of World Vision Rwanda's technology systems and data.
• Collaborate with World Vision Rwanda's program teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions to support program implementation.
• Develop and manage the organization's technology budget.
• Supervise and mentor a team of IT staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in information technology.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.
