Job Summary:

World Vision Rwanda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Lead the IT team in the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems and data
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support business needs
• Manage IT budgets and resources
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
• Strong technical skills in areas such as network administration, database management, and software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
