Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT team in Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Lead the IT team in Rwanda and provide technical guidance and support
• Manage IT budgets and resources
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Provide technical support to staff and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership
• Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, software development, and data management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
