Job Summary:

World Vision Rwanda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure the effective use of technology in achieving our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to the IT department
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Manage the IT budget and resources
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective use of technology
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership
• Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, database management, and software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
