Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department in Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure the effective use of technology in achieving our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the IT department
• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support business objectives
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions
• Manage IT budgets and resources
• Supervise and mentor IT staff
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Proven track record of success in IT project management and implementation
• Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, software development, and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
