Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety program
• Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
• Investigate incidents and near-miss incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities and incidents
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
