HR Generalist at M-P Infrastructure Limited

Job Description

We are looking to hire a sharp, grounded HR Generalist with 3–5 years cross-sector HR experience who demonstrates critical thinking, sound judgment, and initiative. The role offers exposure across the full HR value chain, with core involvement in areas such as recruitment and onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and people initiatives (among others). The ideal candidate thinks before escalating issues, works confidently with minimal supervision, collaborates well with others, and shows strong commitment to growth and development.

Key Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Good data handling and basic HR data analysis skills (a strong advantage)
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Driven, reliable, and professionally grounded

Compensation and Availability

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000
