Job Summary

RequirementsUniversity degree in human resource management.High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standardsGood knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®, and others)

Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly reports and submit them to relevant internal authorities.
  • Participate in organizing company events and other engagement activities.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of the HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative assistance in the all the HR subfunctions, e.g. recruitment, disciplinary, etc.
  • Support in file audits and maintain the existing filing system and retrieval as per the data protection guidelines provided.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
