Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Experience within retail, fashion, or creative industries is advantageous.
