Provide leadership in relation to human resources management and administration. Implementation of human resources and administration policies and procedures, in line with the overall company strategic objectives and human resources best practices to meet regulatory compliance requirements as well as the company’s strategic business objectives and human resources best practices to meet regulatory compliance requirements as well as the company’s strategic business objectives.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Actively participating in the daily departmental meetings and daily activity scheduling;
  • Oversee staff optimization, talent acquisition and recruiting
  • In charge of Induction or orientation including follow up on employee orientation plans, development, and provision of agreed training logistics.
  • Oversee employee manual and computerized data and information management and reporting
  • Oversee the performance tracking/monitoring managing systems.
  • In charge of employee learning & development to improve and address departmental training needs with literature compilation, facilitation of planned trainings and monitoring of staff performance after trainings.
  • Assist with support and data collection and analysis as well as reporting on the same during the roll out of scheduled Staff surveys.
  • Oversee employees work time and attendance records and facilitate employee communication(s)
  • Maintain records on employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting;
  • Enforce health and safety guidelines in adherence to the prevailing Company policies about personal safety & operational instructions
  • Assisting with employee relations, safety monitoring, welfare and staff services monitoring & supporting with organizing scheduled Employee Engagement and Team building activities.
  • Daily supervision of Factory facilities in regard to cleanliness, security and safety as per the check-list;
  • Oversee employee welfare in regard to employee insurance, Staff Meals, leave management, social gatherings and corporate social responsibility
  • Assisting with the day-to-day supplies management and distribution: stationary and sundries.
  • Ensuring that there is improved Communication with your line supervisor, key interface departments as well as other employees.

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

Working Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in a manufacturing setting
