The human resource manager manages the entire company's work and supervises workers at the site and factory premises.

Responsibilities

• Following up on all site work
• Following up on customer orders
• Supervising ongoing work at the factory
• Trucking and monitoring company vehicles
• Ensure all company polices are followed and implemented
• Handling customers with care
• Following up on the well-being of workers
• Ensuring the safety of all company materials and others

Candidate Specification

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any other related course

Work Experience

• Three years (3) and above experience

Critical Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Language used is English)
• Computer skills
• Negotiation skills
• Punctuality is a must
