Role Summary

Support the HR team in recruitment, employee records management, performance monitoring, and staff engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job ads and screening candidate applications.
  • Help organize induction sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in coordinating staff training and development programs.
  • Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Graduated in 2024 or later.
  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong confidentiality, organization, and interpersonal skills.
